Voltanians are aliens, with a raptor/avian-like humanoid appearance. Sporting white-toned skin over their body, soft to the touch. With 3 digits and a thumb for hands, sporting black claws. And three toed, clawed feet.

Their prominent feature is a chromatic tone on top of their eyes, along with the tendrils that could be confused for hair in cases.

The tendrils themselves are widely considered to be what channels the Volt's magickal use. Elemental-wise, it can vary. There are some that don't even invest much into magicks at all. Rather, reserved for strength.

The Voltanians were formally known as a territorial race, with past figures giving birth to their tendril mutation. Or at least the legend goes. After a fracturing civil war, they're recovering. Trying to move on and accept their newfound abilities. And present-day. They're opting for a more united civil approach.
