Unlike death by snu snu, the death in these works is not caused by sex, instead, the something else happens during sex that causes death.

Example: two people are having sex and out of nowhere, the one of top pulls out a gun and kills their partner.

In the example, it wasn't the sex that killed the bottom character, it was their partner (aka, the something else)
