The impression of bones bulging through an opaque membrane of any sort.
While this could potentially apply in other circumstances, this is almost inherently a vore related tag, indicating fatal vore, and may indicate that the post should be tagged after vore (assuming there are no living prey within the predator character).
The bones are most often shown bulging through the surface of a character's belly, but may be see bulging through the balls in the case of cock vore. An internal view showing off the digestive tract (and not the interior of the organs), may show bones bulging through the stomach or intestines.
