Creepers are a fictional species from Minecraft. They are hostile entities with four legs and a green body, that spawn during the night. They explode when the player gets too close, and are generally silent until that point, when they begin to make a hissing sound.

Creepers are afraid of cats and will actively avoid them. If struck by lightning, they will become a charged creeper.

By default, creepers are feral, but are commonly anthrofied or depicted as taurs instead.
