Hello Chippo-kun (チッポくんこんにちは, Chippo-kun Konnichiwa) is a manga series created by Osamu Tezuka.

Chippo-kun is a kind-hearted kitten who can't eat mice.

But in the feline world, that means he is an outcast. Cats are supposed to chase, catch and eat mice... that's common knowledge. Naturally, he is scolded, laughed at and treated as an eccentric by his family and friends. Nevertheless, Chippo-kun never stops taking the side of the mice, and not only does he become friends with them, but sometimes he even cooperates with them to solve problems in the feline world.
