The alien species and main antagonistic force from the Alien franchise. Commonly referred to by "alien", the correct and tagged term is Xenomorph.

The Xenomorph has a second set of jaws that retract into its mouth, a long, segmented tail and a round, often eyeless head as its most notable traits. They are eusocial endoparasitoids, reproducing by implanting other lifeforms with their young through facehuggers.

Their appearance varies depending on the host organism; the Predalien, born from a Yautja host, has dreadlocks, mandibles, and even greater strength than a normal Xenomorph. Meanwhile, the Xenomorph that appears in the third film is a "runner" born from an ox or a dog (depending on the cut).
