BlockedThe most abundant element on Earth.
Unfortunately it likes to pal around with pollutants and is the major contributor to oxidation reactions.

BlockedOxygen gas is 21% prevalent on Earth against 70% of Nitrogen. I highly doubt Oxygen is the most abundant element on earth, and Nitrogen doesn't even come close to how abundant Carbon is not ONLY on Earth but throughout the entire universe.

Oxygen gas is only one form of oxygen. Pure O2/O3 isn't as common as oxygen bonded as part of other molecular structures, which there are many many many of.
Remember that you are looking at one O atom for EVERY water molecule out there. And what makes up 70% of Earth's surface, hmmm? :3
Nitrogen doesn't really bond as much as Oxygen does to common elements because it seems to prefer triple bonds.
