TTBS stands for Tiny Toons Bar Soap.

From what I remember, many years ago there was a Tiny Toons fan website. One of the members was looking to sell some TT themed soap, and someone else mentioned how they would love to have a FiFi LaFume shaped bar of soap, so they could rub it all over their bodies.

TTBS then became a 'code' of sorts for erotic fanfiction/images of Tiny Toon Adventures.
