Hazylle started daydreaming while recharging and something has gone fantastically wrong, by the time she realized it, she was well over her normal charge limit! But don't worry, those monstrous things won't burst, they're very stretchy, and there are other safeties already starting to kick in, as seen by the leakage.
Also of note, her power source is very similar to breast milk, looking like it and having the same consistency.
