I think it's a matter of English as a second language, the way it's written made me think that she was yelling something like "ah, big brother!" or something.
(Or I'm tired and dumb, that's also true.)

The dialogue here actually is prone to confusion and I had to think about it for a second. People are confused because "like you were yelling last night" implies she used the word brother. Either she cried 'big brother' as she was being fucked by her own brother (this is where ppl are seeing the incest) or she yelled something like "give my son a little brother" which would be a weird, really roundabout, way to say 'breed me'. Since the 'part 1' picture doesn't imply any incest, and is focused on the creampie aspect, I think the artist meant to imply that she just simply said something like "make me pregnant" and that 'LIKE you were yelling' is simply a bad choice of words. Or maybe she really did say "give my son a brother" lol

As long as the artists drawing these aren't actually condoning/encouraging/apologising any illegal thing depicted in their art in any form whatsoever this shouldn't be worth of trying to fight against them.

I'd rather have people spend their energy for something actually effective in life where people can get saved.

Or else you can simply just not use the site (especially since most art here are depiction of animal looking characters).

You are allowed to not like it even in fiction but then you should also consider that fictional killing, stealing and any other crimes in real life should be disgusting then since these are also wrong to do irl. Hell, actually incest is just contextual, you can write two character fucking and you couldn't even tell they are actually related unless they say it since it's the author that decides. Same with age since pokémon age and evolutions aren't directly related (yes, Riolu is technically a "baby pokemon" but that's just a term for first evolution that cannot breed, you can have an old first evo you forbade to evolve in the same way you can have last evo that hatched and got fed special candies not long after).
