Can someone please translate what he’s saying?

From my basic bitch knowledge of Spanish, Google Translate, and context clues. Pre-Warning my Spanish is dog-shit and Google Translate isn't the most reliable, people who actually speak Spanish feel free to correct and or roast me (whichever's funnier).
First Panel: "I had barely resigned myself to be alone. Don't suck bastards."
Second Panel: "I barely have time to see what I drink during the week, and besides that they want me to think about this."
Third Panel: "But I'm also the idiot. Not even two weeks and here I go. 'Oh Leo, if they are very kind and handsome, why don't you accept their invitation?' And after so much shit I feel good to talk, the fucking back pain hits me like never before. But no, I'm the fucking sucker. Because I can't stand the fucking agonizing pain that-".

Not bad in the slightest, you only made minor and understandable errors. For cursing, don't focus on a one to one translation; there'll often not be a faithful translation and will sound awkward as a result. Instead just use whatever you would use under the same or similar context; in this case replacing "suck" to "don't fuck with me," and "I'm the asshole," rather than "I'm the sucker." As for the word trago, in this case since he's expressing self loathing, while a direct translation would make it "what I eat," (Yes, trago on it's own would usually mean specifically drinking, but kind of like how we use eat, even when referring to eating AND drinking, unless there's specific context it's safe to assume it's referring to both) something that would keep the "vibe" of what he's expressing with be around the lines of "I already barely have time to watch what I stuff into my mouth throughout the week."
    So overall pretty minor things.

Thanks, for your help and understanding, I'm really out of practice with Spanish. I was trying to translate for myself and for others, but it took forever because I kept looking back at the text. I kinda understand some of the cursing thing, I noticed when I watched Hazbin Hotel (both the original pilot and the series) Vaggie's curses had different translations.

It's ironic to see people here lamenting that their Spanish is inadequate- as the author doesn't really speak Spanish either.
For example, "apenas putas" should be "a putas penas". And the "Tu puta madre, Rodney!" from the previous image is too formal for the tone.

Honestly, the whole thing sounds like a child forcing a bunch of curses into a conversation right after learning those words from some website.
