Think of it like an RPG: every accessory only has one slot to wear for its effects. When wearing an outfit for this special ocassion, she can't have too many accessories else it stands out and it'll detract from the beauty of the piece as a whole.

That necklace looks a bit too gaudy anyways. The dress alone with her natural beauty is already enough to capture the gaze of anyone she passes.

Calling it now, the necklace is cursed (always thought that the merchant who sold the necklace to Zaphira was shady even before he stole everyone's gold) This is probably going to lead them on a quest to either lift the curse from the necklace or destroy it altogether.

Everytime we think she can't get any prettier, Zaphira proves us all wrong.
