"This is 2D Art btw"

Note: This is just some shading practice to help me understand highlights and textures better

finally finished this exhausting piece

hope it looks good enough some parts like the back, tail and head didnt really go the way I envisioned

    If that is the case, which I still doubt since this looks like something from blender, this is well done. If you got a drawing good looking enough that you need to state it's 2d, you got quality work on your hands.

    That is the point, all the textures I drew by hand or used a texture brush, i was mimicing the rendering on cycles but you can see the many many mistakes once you zoom in.

    I also made use of the classic "pop art" where you place a darker tone of an object under a lighter one to make it look 3d, I have a step by step process of this drawing in my scraps folders and other experiments with rendering which i haven't gut quite right. So all the sweat or water textures were hand drawn completely.

    I use the airbrush tool for the shadow and lights, as well as using the glowbrush tool to enhance the highlights. I spent several hours on every section of her body over the course of 1 week, the feet were the hardest to render.

    I just painted the genitals on though so the look blurry and rough...

    Alot of things didn't turn out right but it made you doubt this is a 2d drawing and that's a win baby!
