    Here's something else to blow your mind if you've only ever seen his name spelled before, it's pronounced "Blythe" (or "Blithe") in the game. The dd in "Blaidd" is a Welsh thing- making the voiced "th" sound like in English "that," but not "think."
    Interestingly enough, in Gaelic, another Celtic origin language, Blythe has a meaning like "cheerful-" which Blaidd certainly is.

    It's my understanding that Blaidd itself is a Gaelic word simply meaning "wolf"

    which he also certainly is
