Now down to the nitty gritty. Yes a cow is going to consume a lot of plant matter and water than that single bite is worth. That is IF it wasn't spread over such a long period of time to raise that cow. The resources used don't just disappear either. The water returns to the cycle and the plant matter is turned to manure and fertilizes crops further.

This talk of an earth mother just sounds like more delusional nonsense but since you brought it up I'll make a point out of it. If your 'earth mother' provided you with your food so too did it provide us with ours.

As for not killing the plant you could do the same with some species of geckos. Cut off a limb and it grows back. real humane. And it's a lie to say vegans don't kill plants. many vegetables and tubers have to be killed to harvest. Wheat must be cut. Potatos dug up. And not to mention the wood in your home. Tree's older than you were probably cut down to build and furnish it. As for spreading the seeds. Most plants rely on their food dropping for the seeds to take root. most fruit is picked before the seeds are matured.

Lastly the health concerns. We are an omnivorous species. Vegans have to monitor and supplement their diets so stringently because it is unhealthy not to eat a diverse range of foods.

Not that you're an expert to be denying its potential. My dude, look at the pelt directly. Do you see the tiny round back leg cutout of the fur? See the size of the tail in comparison to the anthro wearing it, how it hangs naturally and not straight down as if it was cut off trimmed and reattached? The tail looks whole, the back is too long and narrow for a bipedal back's circumfrence? A pelt is as wide as the creature was around. This one isn't trimmed or dyed, its just flat and was tiny. It was probably a fox kit, actually, which is an entire different horror.

It's a feral pelt man. It CAN be seen. Whether or not its what you wanna see, it CAN be something else...
