I would say that from the superficial both names would appear to be the same person (similar artstyle and interests, both being called "Kenz", both claiming to be from Morioh on NG, using the same/very similar OC(s) for branding [1] [2]). but yeah, I can't find any definitive link. if there was an explicit statement that they were one and the same at this point there are too many deleted/locked Twitter accounts with not enough archived to say with 100% certainty.

His ramenshopkenz Newgrounds has a link to their old Kenzaki Patreon, so there is that. Kenzakisen appears to be a shortened form of KenzakiSenpai, which what appears to be their older kanzaki Newgrounds (which lists the same location in Japan as the ramenshopkenz Newgrounds does) linking to the KenzakiSenpai Twitter/X. The galleries of the two Newgrounds don't overlap in time but they also don't share any submissions.

He does appear to be the User kennyyeen who previously went by kenzakisenpai (although I don't think non-staff can see name changes?), whose early self-uploads include sources to the (now defunct) KenzakiSenpai Twitter and Kenzaki Newgrounds while their last self-upload was sourced to the kenzakisen Twitter.

I did find their FA though, which reminded me to go check signatures. Gads, all that time I wasted before thinking of that. :\ Sure enough, some of their older pictures on their ramenshopkenz Newgrounds are signed "Kenzakisen". Example 1, example 2, example 3.

From what I can tell, this artist tends to abandon old accounts and just start over with little to no acknowledgement of their older accounts. It's not a case of desiring to separate different pictures. However, they are the same artist.

it's also worth noting that the current active username is just "thenoodleshop", here's the artist's carrd with said name at the top and several links to accounts that also use the same name.

Reason: Dba afish is right. These should all be aliased to their current name. As for kenzaki and noodleshopkenz, two of the artist's other names, those haven't been used yet on e621 that I can see, but are being thrown in just in case someone decides to upload something from galleries that use them.
