Reason: In a similar vein as the pillory -> stocks alias, it's just another way of conveying the same thing. The wiki page for piddlefours even says as much.

Would it be better to let 'bitchsuit' be exclusively for, well, suits? Currently it also covers instances of leg/arm restraints only, but I think differentiating between these would be nice.
