sailor_megtune_(rydiah) isn't used, and there's normally no need to alias a name to a name with a suffix. A suffix is only needed for ambiguous character names, which means the unsuffixed name shouldn't be aliased to a specific one. Or it's not ambiguous, so shouldn't be given a suffix.

Sailor Megtune was made by Chris-Chan (based off of Megan Schroeder), though, not this fan artist.

Just because an artist makes images of a character, it doesn't warrant putting their suffix on the tag. Especially since if you alias it now, then regardless of who draws sailor_megtune in the future all the tags will be converted to "sailor_megtune_(rydiah)". The point of the suffix is for distinct characters who are One-of-Many with the same name. Like cherry_(animal_crossing), cherry_(dredjir), cherry_(macmegagerc), et al. There's only one character by the name of "sailor_megtune" so there's no need to specify which One-of-One you are referring to.
