The tag implication #43406 frame_by_frame -> 2d_animation has been rejected.

Reason: the essence of frame-by-frame animation requires it to be 2d - see tag description: "An animated file that was created by drawn, individual frames and not a product of Adobe Flash's motion tweening or any program that supports 3d animation such as Source FilmMaker."
