create alias stepandy (0) -> stepanda (173)
Reason: The Artis Name is StePanda not Stepandy as you can see it in the most Artworks with the Name on it, like https://e621.net/posts/1917696

Why is this a BUR? If you only have one request it should be a direct alias or implication request, not a bulk.

If the request had to be flipped for any reason, submitting it as a BUR would make the fix easier since they can be edited.

Submitting all alias/implication requests as BURs is unironically simpler, at the very least because it's so much easier to update them.
