Topic: Lifting Twokinds' Conditional DNP?

Posted under General

I do remember why Twokinds was added to the Conditional DNP list, people were complaining about their edits being removed because they didn't meet the standard of quality. I'd really like to know if there's any chance of removing Twokinds from the Conditional DNP list? I mean, Twokinds edits were fine for years, and unofficial edits like these 1 2 3 4 are accepted without any problems. So it must be possible to come to some agreement or compromise that'll allow Twokinds edits back?

Twokinds is not on DNP list. Trying to search for twokinds on list gives nothing: avoid posting. Tom Fish Back is.

Also the problem isn't meeting quality standards, but that because the artist does everything so hyper softcore and featureless, literal 10 pixels in mspaint turns their work into explicit and all works would be edited at least 3 times in similar fashion and also technically be high enough quality to pass the editing guidelines. This would require the staff to check which of the edits to keep, angering people when their favorite edit variation gets deleted, etc. Then edits would get further edits because people want to do those edits, but they want to base them on explicit edits and we generally disallow edits of edits here.
Basically it's almost daily routine of wasting time and everyone getting angry on both sides and edits aren't even focus of the site, just acceptable to certain degree.

I have said this before and say it again: there's literally so much edited content that opening whole new website just for these would be feasable and I'm kinda amazed there isn't already.

Additionally the twokinds comic is still bypassing our webcomic guidelines by only the sketch versions being uploaded.
