If I want to organize a multi-page comic into a Pool, but the comic does not have an official title, then what naming conventions I should follow when naming the Pool?
Alternatively, is a Pool not an appropriate way to organize such a comic?

Yeah, a pool can and should be used to properly organise comics. The recommended length should be 3 and above, while 2-page comics can just be linked together as child and parent.
I don't think there is an official naming convention for pool names, but I would go about naming it as "Title by Artist".
