Requested feature overview description.
Provide an API (that requires login and is for self only) that will return information about dynamic and static (hourly) limits.

So when calling it, we can get all the needed information like uploads remaining, flags remaining, tag edits... (everything that has a limit on it)
It can be done to a degree right now as well, but it requires parsing multiple pages and doing multiple requests.

Why would it be useful?
It would be useful for any application that does something, instead of handling errors that occur after the action is done, it could be handled before the action.
