I just think there is way too much macro for one character, and I want to know why it's this character in particular, if there even is a reason.

There's a Korean macro fan known as togepi1125 who loves Falco and Fox (and shipping them together), frequently commissioning them drawn as giants with massive genitals who love each other. They are also a member here on eSix. (Please kindly do not attack them for sharing their specific interests so much over here.)

Nearly all of them are commissions from one person. And some are gifts for that same person. That's why.
