Topic: Child porn

Posted under Off Topic

Is it illegal if you film porn of yourself when you're a minor, and then keep/distribute it when you're older? And I don't mean you get kidnapped and forced to make child porn and later decide to keep it, I mean you, of your own free will, videotape yourself having sex and keep it.

Yes, it is. For both you and the other parties involved.

Yes. The law somehow sees this as exploiting yourself. They presumably don't want anything to blur the line, so there are no exceptions.

There were a couple teenagers recently in the United States who were arrested for this exact thing. They took nude selfies and sent them to each other, and are now being charged with possession and production of child pornography.

Penn and Teller's "Bullshit" actually had an episode about age of consent (which varies from state to state) - and this whole "kids sending dirty pictures of themselves to other kids" issue got brought up.

Some kid got put on a sex offender registry because a girl decided to send him a dirty picture that he didn't even want.

Welcome to modern society and it's glorious justice system

This probably isn't good news for me. I started sleeping around a lot when I was 11, and occasionally recorded it. The tapes are probably still in an attic somewhere.

Nah, everything settled down after a while, heck, they even bought some lemonade... but little did they know it was laced with CYANIDE!

I don't know about the FBI, but I've seen a cop shut down my childhood friend's lemonade stand for not having a food permit. Legal systems are so silly sometimes.

You shouldn't be surprised. It was south Mississippi in the late 90s. Everyone was broke and looking for something ((someone?)) to fill their time.

Plot Twist: That's not lemonade she's serving.

I look 14 when I have a clean shave (or so everyone says) and I am actually in my twenties.

You have no idea how many times I have been offered a kids menu at restaurants before. It sucks.

Um... I may sound like an idiot but doesn't lemonade already have cyanide in it? I mean, not lethal or even harmful amounts, but still.

I know for a fact that real, freshly squeezed apple juice has cyanide in it, but it's prolonged exposure to the air makes it safe, plus it's not even that much anyway. In fact, you'd have to have about two cups of apple seeds and squeeze the juice out of them all at once and then immediately drink it for it to be even remotely lethal. (Cyanide in apples comes from the inside of the apple seeds I think)

So does that apply to lemons too or just apples?

yo for real, back in Florida when I was like 11 or 12, and I was hanging out with older kids trying to be cool. Kids and teens are scary

You normally don't juice the seeds, so it shouldn't contain any. At least not if you juice them per hand, it'll probably look different in a factory setting.

Cyanide is a compound that occurs in the seeds of many plant families we eat, including rutaceae (citrus) and rosaceae (apple), so very small amounts may be present in the juice. It can also be found in foods such as spinach, bamboo shoots, almonds (also rosaceae), lima beans, and tapioca. In small doses, cyanide in the body can be changed into thiocyanate, which is less harmful and is excreted in urine. Cyanide in small amounts can also combine with another chemical to form vitamin B12, interestingly. Basically, any amount found in foods we eat isn't enough to hurt us. However, I believe that in very rare cases a person may not be able to assimilate these small doses properly and can become ill.

Another interesting compound is arsenic. It is even more common than cyanide (it's everywhere, so it gets in plants and animals), and when researchers removed it from the diet and environment of birds and mammals they became ill; some developed reproductive problems. The offspring of these arsenic-deprived adults were born with developmental problems. When arsenic was put back into the adult animal's diets, the problems were completely reversed. It's very likely that we need it as well, but this is virtually impossible to prove, as arsenic is ubiquitous to the environment.

Cool stuff, eh? ^.^

I didn't think such thing exists. But yeah I'm glad it's illegal. Don't want free material for baby boinkers.

"Everyone needs to try it at least once, maaan, might as well be sooner."
Anyway, yeah... I don't see how that's related at all.

huh, expected this thread to turn out 999% more cringey based on the title. Where are all the folks that come onto cub posts on this site and shitpost about how we're all pedophiles?

good question. another good question would be: do you really want them to come thus risking flames?

Heh. I was twice offered alcohol at restaurants when I was 17. Too bad I have zero interest in the stuff or I'd have been able to get away with it for a while.

I don't know, the title of this thread is pretty incorrectly unsuited for it's description, so I thought I would just go with the flow. :3
