Pixiv's recommendations based on favorites (presumably garnered from people who have similar favorites to yours) has been invaluable when it comes to discovering artists.

@VariableY: Twitter is ok. Just socialize, tweet and retweet things you like and or art. Comment on other artist work and follow them. Eventually you'll expand your follower base.

@VariableY: it is. It's a place to start. You just need to think of other places like Inkbunny, deviantart and uhhh Furaffinity. As much as I don't prefer FA for how it hosts files.

@Mairo: I don't think marjani is one of the artists that I asked. They just had enough here that I assumed they were aware of their work being here and followed them to help bring it here.
