@kamimatsu: Yes, although in the context Shakespeare intended, the fact that Strong didn't fully understand it's meaning is contradicting his goal.
Except in reality, you can drink it and not be labeled a baby. This site has many examples.

This conversation reminds me of the milkdrinker taunt in Skyrim, although a similar argument exist in rl. One might just wonder if those saying it are unsure of their own manhood.
