Dear Medical/Insurance people:

I have been wanting to get my ribs removed for quite a while now but I'm poor. And with me getting skinnier and skinnier, my torso is getting smaller but instead of it being really smooth and slim my ribs are all you can see and the size they maintain on my midsection makes me look bigger than I am and it's just ugly. Other super skinny Cis females I look at don't have their ribs showing and I want to be that way.

I was wondering if it is possible/healthy to get all my ribs removed, or at least remove the bottom ones completely while sawing off the very front of all the others so I don't look so thick and they don't show.

And if so, since I can't afford cosmetic surgery to do so normally, would breaking them allow me to get them removed and get it covered by insurance as a "necessary procedure"?

That is called insurance fraud, and is quite illegal. Provided that you have posted this on public forum, you basically gave insurance companies surefire evidence that you intended to commit insurance fraud.
I recommend not breaking the law.
