@kahen_kilon_vittu: Talking about posts that have like 1, sometimes NO comments and are like a month old. I edited a couple out since they had 0 comments, which I'm fairly certain is required for the tag, no?

If I had to guess, it's probably people uploading superior versions and forgetting to remove the tag.

@Oracle_of_Pelor: Yeah someone just posted superior version and didn't remove the tag. If you see it on posts where it doesn't belong, remove it. But there is no comment count limit for the tag.
