In that case, there is something to be said for both a good ratcheting screwdriver and 1/4" torque driver, with a comprehensive bit set.
Over-tightening parts on firearms can definitely affect accuracy.

@Sharp_Coyote: I bought a couple neat little sets for cheap when I worked a lowes, but I mostly got small bits because I tinker with airguns.
The screws holding the barrel in my 9mm air rifle are bigger than any I've found in an air gun yet.
